  • How long does it take for my order to ship?

    Our processing time is 2-4 business days prior to shipping. We currently only ship within the United States with options varying from 2-5 business days via UPS & USPS. Please allow ample time when ordering for both processing and shipping.

  • Where is your size chart?

    You can find a size chart for each item on the individual product page.

    Our merchandise ranges from 3 months - 5XL in adults depending on the product.

  • What if my package is lost or stolen?

    What’s Up Merch is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered or the wrong address was entered when ordered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. if your order has been lost in transit by the carrier, we would be happy to assist.

    Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

  • Do you accept refunds?

    Do to the nature of our business and the ever changing nature of trending merchandise, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

    Majority of our pieces are made to order and there for can not be returned.

  • Where can I find my tracking number?

    You can find your tracking number via the Shipment Notification E-mail(s) sent to the email you placed your order with.

    Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail, if item(s) from your order are shipping separately. If you haven’t received your full order within 9 business days (processing & shipping), please contact us.

  • Do you do bulk orders?

    Yes! We do fulfill bulk orders. Please email whatsupmerch@gmail.com or fill out our contact form for an official quote.
